My Story

I am a therapist utilising Hypnotherapy, NLP and CBT. We are not born with the unwanted habit, so it can be released. Remember learning to tie your shoe laces as a child? Slowly does it with focus and confidence and then there is a tipping point when it becomes second nature. Inner confidence is key.
I can help you achieve inner confidence for habit release, interview nerves, body confidence, the confidence to give up smoking or vaping, the confidence in yourself to believe you can do it, you can sleep better, visit the dentist, drive a car and the confidence in all areas of your life.

I came to confidence hypnotherapy coaching through acting. Having had stage nerves, audition nerves and that little voice in my thoughts telling me I couldnt do it, or I wasnt good enough.
The truth is I just needed to reframe and to bring inner confidence into my mindset.
Confidence is not big and loud, confidence is at your core. A belief in yourself.
You deserve to believe in yourself.

Our mindset is everything and the key is inner confidence to view things from a different perspective and thus enable change.

I have given workshops at Folkestone Mind using my wellbeing skills and workshops in creative visualisation at Touchbase Care online. I work with my clients face-to-face in Folkestone, Hythe, Deal and online.
