My Story
I am a therapist utilising Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and CBT. But previously to this profession I enjoyed a career as an actor and to help with stage nerves and confidence at auditions I used hypnotherapy.
To give up smoking I used hypnotherapy. My interest turned into a passion.
Before I trained as a hypnotherapist, I trained in massage therapy and I used this to help people with physical disabilities. As I was training to be a hypnotherapist I soon realised hypnotherapy could be very helpful to manage pain, is it a dull pain? a sharp pain? focusing on tiny details of a relaxing place to relaxe the body and mind to bring the pain down.
Or, feelings of lowness from being if pain, pain that stops you from doing the things you like to do. Hypnotherapy has techniques to lift confidence, self esteem and reframe situations.
Our mindset is everything and the key is inner confidence to view things from a different perspective and thus enable change.
I have given workshops at Folkestone Mind using my wellbeing skills and workshops in creative visualisation at Touchbase Care online. I work with my clients face-to-face in Folkestone, Hythe,m and online.
